It is important that all guests are aware of these rules to avoid any future issues.

If any of these rules are violated, guests will be notified. In more serious cases, guests may be removed from the accommodation without any refund.

Therefore, we kindly ask for the cooperation of all guests to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

🔇 Quiet hours: from 12:00 AM (midnight) to 07:00 AM (seven in the morning)

🧳Check-in e Check-out

<aside> 🛅 The check-in will be done in person between the host and the guest, where the guest will fill out the national guest registration form, and after that, one of the hosts will show the space to the guest. From there, the guest can settle in comfortably.

The check-out will also be done in person, simply by filling out the date and time of departure by the guest.

🔐 Exit and Entry to the Hostel

<aside> ⚠️ Starting from two nights, you will receive access and exit tags for the hostel. With them, you can come and go as you please, even with the main gate closed. Unlike room keys, these tags can be taken with you wherever you go. Please note that in case of loss, there will be a fine of R$10.

🔑Room Keys

<aside> ⚠️ As soon as you check in at the hostel, you will receive the keys to your room, one for the left side (A) and the other for the right side (B).It is crucial that guests never leave the hostel with their room keys, as this can result in loss or misplacement. Therefore, it is mandatory to leave the keys on the keyring provided by the hostel to prevent losses and ensure the safety of other guests. In case of key loss, a fine of R$17 will be charged.

<aside> 😢 Although the host Lara loves animals, especially dogs, it is not possible to accommodate other animals in the hostel, as we already have Mel and Branquinha. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate the understanding of all guests.

🚫 No smoking is allowed on the property 🚫

<aside> 🚭 Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, or any other form of tobacco use, is not permitted.
